The Montessori Children’s House Youth program offers a nurturing, educational environment for children ages 3 ½ through 6 years of age.  Class time is offered from 8:30-11:30 with a flexible weekly schedule of 2, 3 or 5 class days.

Our Youth Program classrooms are staffed by certified Montessori teachers who cultivate the natural curiosity found in children and guide them to develop a life long love of learning.

The Montessori classroom environment is designed to allow children to work independently and at their own pace.  Guided by a Montessori teacher, this freedom allows the child to ignite with confidence, self-esteem and respect for others and the world around them.

As students explore the curriculum they are exposed to core subjects including Language, Mathematics, Practical Life, Sensorial skills, Geography and Science. Music, art, poetry, history and foreign language are also integrated into classroom lessons.

Learning materials become more challenging as the child progresses eliminating boredom and frustration and fostering excitement, concentration and interest!
